Only the lean pork belly is used for this purpose, all under strict quality controls. Bioland certified. The bacon is therefore suitable for both raw consumption and heating (tip: medium temperature), as it has matured for a long time and is produced without nitrite curing salt and other additives. Naturally gluten-free, lactose-free, with natural yeast formation through fermentation. Innovative packaging made of polypropylene (PP) ensures high recyclability for circular economy of packaging materials.
